A new project on Greek handicraft, created to enhance the peculiarities of local products and coordinated by the association Panellinia Enosi Viotexnon Laikis Texnis from Athens. An exhibition area covering 230sqm. located in hall 1 gathering together 18 companies whose products range from home accessories in glass/ceramics/olive tree wood, to Byzantine icons and ancient Greece reproductions of statues and vases.

The charm of the great North comes to Macef bringing lines, colours and lifestyles. The Macef Cool brand has been created to honour Scandinavian Design, a great event that aims to present companies from Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Innovative ideas in shapes and materials make this area a not to be missed appointment for the visitor who looks to the future with an eye on design.

From the “garden e dintorni” special area next season’s new theme project will be IDEE DI CASA dedicated to the world of home decoration. The various areas concerned are: small furnishing accessories, interior decorations, lighting, paintings and prints, home textiles, candles and scents, floral decorations and ideas for balconies and gardens. The idea behind MACEF’s special project is to offer small and medium enterprises the chance to take part in an international show with a “all-in” package inclusive of a pre-fitted exhibition space.
